This project was created from the feeling that young people often do not lack strength — they lack confidence in what to do during crisis situations. That's why we will create practical activities, simulations and conversations about safety, preparedness and psychological resilience.

For us, it is very important to show that during crises we are not alone — we can stay calm, prepared and together.

✨ "The Conversations Continue in Europe"

And yes… this will already be the 3rd season of our Spotify podcast 🥹🎙️

This season we will talk about topics that truly matter to young people — health, well-being, participation and things that affect our everyday lives both in Latvia and across Europe.

Young people themselves will create the conversations, ask questions, film, edit and create content that is understandable and relatable to young people — not "dry political language".

This time the project will be shorter — lasting 4 months — and it will begin already in July ❤️

✨ "Me. You. Us. Youth 2026"

This will be a very active, community-driven project about youth participation, volunteering and simply being together.

Throughout the project we will actively engage in volunteering, visit schools, meet young people and talk about participation, opportunities and how youth ideas can grow into something real and meaningful.

We want to show that a young person can be not only a participant, but also an organizer, idea creator and a person who creates change 💙
